The EVH D - Tuna® is easy to use - just flick it to change to drop - D tuning. When it comes to maintenance, keep your guitar clean. Use a soft cloth to wipe off dust and fingerprints after each use. Check the strings regularly. If they start to sound dull or look worn, it's time to replace them. The locking trem and nut need to be adjusted properly to keep the tuning stable. For truss rod adjustments, use the spoke wheel at the base of the neck carefully. Only make small adjustments at a time. When you're not using the guitar, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or in a very humid area as this can damage the wood and the finish.
