The Hammertone™ Fuzz pedal is a small yet powerful tool that can bring the legendary splat, saturation, and horn-like sustain of rock’n’roll’s formative records to your fingertips. This purple-tinged, psychedelic stompbox may be compact, but it’s loaded with features. It has three classic controls, two silicon diodes, and an octave fuzz mode, letting you either recreate the iconic sounds of the 60s and 70s or craft your own distinct tone. Features include a Fender®-designed fuzz circuit, an optional octave-fuzz switch, top mount input/output jacks, true-bypass switching, and it can be powered by a 9-volt battery or a center negative AC adaptor (not included).
Using this Fender Hammertone Fuzz Guitar Effects Pedal is easy. First, connect your guitar to the input jack and your amplifier to the output jack. You can choose to power it with a 9-volt battery or a center negative AC adaptor (you'll need to get the adaptor separately). Then, start adjusting the three classic controls to find the sound you like. The optional octave-fuzz switch gives you an extra tonal option. When you're not using the pedal, just use the true-bypass switch to turn it off. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry place and avoid dropping it. If you're using a battery, replace it when the power starts to fade.
