The BOSS DM-2 Delay pedal, discontinued in 1984, has always been a favorite among players for its warm 'bucket brigade' analog delay tone. Now, the DM-2 is back as the Waza Craft DM-2W! Switch to Custom mode for a cleaner analogue tone and over twice the delay time. Features include a special edition Waza Craft design for the ultimate BOSS tone, true reproduction of the vintage DM-2 sound, a premium all-analog circuit with BBD delay line, two sound modes, expression pedal input for foot - controlled delay, and two output jacks for separate delay and direct sounds. Using the BOSS Waza Craft DM-2W Guitar Effects Pedal is easy. First, make sure to insert the 9V alkaline battery that comes with it or connect it to a power source. To start, choose between the Standard and Custom modes. The Standard mode gives you that classic DM-2 tone, so if you're going for a vintage sound, this is your go - to. Just turn the knobs to adjust the delay time within the 20 - 300 ms range. If you want a cleaner tone and more delay time, switch to Custom mode where you can get up to 800 ms of delay. You can also use an expression pedal (not included) to control the delay time with your foot by plugging it into the input. When using the two output jacks, you can separate the delay and direct sounds, which is great for creating unique audio setups. As for maintenance, keep the pedal in a dry and cool place. Don't expose it to extreme temperatures or moisture. If the battery runs out, replace it with a new 9V alkaline battery of the same type. And always refer to the owner's manual for any safety and important usage notes.
