The American Performer Jazzmaster, born in Corona, California, offers the outstanding tone and smooth feel of an authentic Fender. With new features for players, it's even more exciting to play. This guitar has a Jazzmaster® body made of Alder, finished in a 3-Colour Sunburst gloss polyurethane. The 9.5' (241 mm) rosewood fretboard has 22 frets with white dot inlays. It comes with Yosemite Jazzmaster single-coil pickups, Fender® USA 250L strings, a 4-ply brown shell pickguard, a 6-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge, Fender ClassicGear™ tuning machines, and nickel/chrome hardware. It also includes a deluxe gig bag.

Using your Fender American Performer Jazzmaster is easy. First, make sure your strings are in good condition and properly tuned using the Fender ClassicGear™ tuning machines. Plug in your guitar to an amplifier and adjust the controls to get your desired sound. When playing, use a pick or your fingers to pluck the strings. Be gentle with the 6-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge to avoid any damage. For maintenance, wipe down the guitar with a soft cloth after each use to remove fingerprints and dust. Keep the guitar in the deluxe gig bag when not in use to protect it from scratches and bumps. Check the strings regularly and replace them when they start to sound dull. Also, make sure the fretboard is clean and lubricated to keep the action smooth.
