John Petrucci has long been a fan of ClipLock® Quick Release Guitar Straps. DiMarzio collaborated with John to design this special nylon ClipLock® guitar strap according to his custom specs. Now, we're excited to offer a standard version of John's custom strap. This 2-inch wide strap is crafted from high-quality black nylon, similar to car seatbelts. It features John's JP shield logo in gray and black, stitched onto the lower front, just above the leather ends that attach to your guitar. You can choose either blue or red topstitching. The nylon has a smooth, satin feel, allowing your guitar to slide freely during your performance. It conforms to your body, adding a new level of comfort, and can hold over 150 pounds! The strap ends are stitched leather and can be buttoned onto an electric guitar. A leather tie-cord is also included for acoustic guitars. Using this guitar strap is easy. For an electric guitar, simply button the leather ends of the strap onto your guitar. If you're using an acoustic guitar, use the included leather tie - cord to attach the strap. Adjust the length of the strap to your comfort, which can range from 32 to 56.5 inches. When using, make sure the strap is securely attached to avoid any accidental drops of your guitar. Don't expose the strap to sharp objects that could cut the nylon or damage the leather. To maintain your strap, clean it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the nylon or leather. Store the strap in a dry place when not in use to prevent mold or mildew growth.
