Fender 250K No Load Solid Shaft Potentiometer

This 250K 'no-load' potentiometer is a key part of the Delta Tone™ system on Fender American series electric guitars. From 1 to 9, it works as a normal tone control. At 10, it gets removed from the circuit, boosting output and enhancing overall tonal response. It fits most U.S. and Mexico-made instruments that need a 3/8' solid-shaft potentiometer and takes a set screw-mount control knob. It comes with mounting hardware and a .022mf 250V capacitor.

Using this potentiometer is easy. First, make sure your guitar requires a 3/8' solid - shaft potentiometer. Install it by using the included mounting hardware. Attach the set screw - mount control knob. When you turn the knob from 1 to 9, you can adjust the tone like a normal control. When you set it to 10, you'll notice an increase in output and a better tonal response. As for maintenance, keep it clean. Avoid getting it wet or exposing it to extreme temperatures.
