The PAF Joe™ is our newest neck pickup designed for Joe Satriani. Joe aimed for a neck - position humbucker that combines the top features of the PAF Pro® and a late 50s Gibson® humbucker. He describes the tone as “tubular”. Using Virtual Vintage® technology, it blends clear - sounding low frequencies with warm mids and highs, making it great for both chords and single notes. Joe first used it during the 2003 G3 tour. Specifications: Recommended for all positions on solid, semi - solid, and hollow - body electric guitars. It has no quick connect and 4 - conductor wiring. The magnet is Alnico 5, and the resistance is 8.26 Kohm.
