The EVH® 5150III® 50W EL34 2x12 Combo Amp is a powerhouse. It offers signature harmonic overtones, better dynamic compression, and saturation, creating a modern 'British' sound. This amp, named after Eddie Van Halen, delivers great sustain and versatility. With flexible dual - concentric controls, it allows for easy gain and volume matching. It has three channels suitable for all playing styles: clean, sparkly tones; tight crunch; and soulful leads. Channels one and two share EQ controls and have their own gain/volume controls, while channel three has separate gain, volume, and EQ. All channels have global presence, resonance, and reverb controls. The amp is equipped with two 12” custom EVH Celestion® speakers for enhanced sound. It has seven JJ ECC83 (12AX7) preamp tubes, two JJ EL34 power tubes, and an adjustable power output from 50 watts down to one watt. Other features include a high - gain preamp for maximum output, a single instrument input, selectable output impedance, MIDI and preamp outputs, an effects loop, a headphone jack, and a four - button footswitch for easy onstage use.

Using your EVH 5150III 50W EL34 2x12 Combo Amp is easy. First, connect your guitar to the single instrument input. Then, choose the right channel according to your playing style - clean for gentle tunes, crunch for a bit of edge, or lead for a more powerful sound. Adjust the gain and volume levels using the dual - concentric controls to get the tone you want. You can also fine - tune the sound with the EQ, presence, resonance, and reverb controls. When using the headphone jack, it will mute the power amp, so you can play quietly. The four - button footswitch lets you switch between channels and control the reverb on stage. For maintenance, keep the amp in a dry and cool place. Regularly check the tubes for any signs of damage or wear. If you need to move the amp, use the included casters. And always make sure to turn off the amp and unplug it from the power source before cleaning or any maintenance work.
