Product Description

Crafted in Corona, California, the American Jazz Bass offers the outstanding tone and great feel you'd expect from a genuine Fender. With new improvements, it's even more exciting to play. Key specs include a Jazz Bass® body shape made of Alder, a 3 - Color Sunburst finish in Gloss Polyurethane. The 9.5' (241 mm) radius rosewood fretboard has 20 frets with white dot inlays. It features Yosemite™ Single - Coil Jazz Bass pickups, Fender® USA Bass 7250M, NPS (.045-.105 Gauges) strings, a 3 - Ply Black/White/Black pickguard, a 4 - Saddle Vintage - Style bridge with steel saddles, and Fender® 'F' Light - Weight Vintage - Paddle Keys with tapered shafts for tuning. The hardware has a Nickel/Chrome finish and comes with a gig bag.

Using your Fender American Performer Jazz Bass is easy. First, plug it into an amplifier using a standard instrument cable. Adjust the volume and tone knobs to get the sound you like. When you're done playing, always unplug it from the amp safely. To keep your bass in great shape, wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove fingerprints and dirt. Check the string tension regularly and replace the strings when they start to sound dull. Store your bass in the included gig bag to protect it from dust and scratches. Also, keep it in a stable environment, away from extreme heat or cold and high humidity, as these can damage the wood and hardware.
